Returns

Returns and Refund Policy:  We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods.  However, if for any reason you wish to return any items from your order, we will happily exchange it, or refund your money subject to the conditions below.
1.   Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2.   Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging and            

       condition.
3.   In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or have been damaged in           

      transit, please email customerservice@cantare.co.uk  for advice on

      return or replacement.
4.   We are only able to refund the cost of postage where goods are supplied in           a faulty or damaged condition.
5.   These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Placing an order
All prices will be charged at the published price list current at the date of order, and include VAT where applicable.  No charge is made to a consumer for credit/debit card payments.  We accept MasterCard, Visa and Switch cards via Paypal.  All goods must be paid for in full before item is despatched. All stock items will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Goods ordered by post, telephone or fax will be priced at the current price on the day they are received.   For details of delivery charges go to Shipping.
